Chartered Architect service from surveying, design, planning applications, building regulation submissions, specification writing, through to tendering and contract administration.
Michael Pagliaroli Architects Ltd will serve to guide you through the trials and tribulations of the many decisions that are required during a building project. Whether it be an extension and alteration of an existing building, alteration to a listed building or a challenging new build development (a number have recently been successfully completed within budget!) we can guide you through all the various stages required. Please feel free to contact us and discuss your ideas.
Michael Pagliaroli Architects Ltd also has access to other professional consultants who can deal with matters beyond the architectural field; ie – planning consultants, structural engineers, interior designers, historical consultants, energy consultants, quantity surveyors etc. We will always do our best to answer your queries.
Experienced professional service that acts in the interest of the client at all levels. We are a practice that prides ourselves on being easy to talk to, whether you are a home owner, developer or contractor.
From the beginning of 2019 our practice has seen a reduction in home extensions balanced with continuing interest in new housing developments as well as a notable increase in commercial re-developments. Developers are looking to consolidate potential development sites as there still remains a housing shortage, retail units are under pressure to be have their uses changed. After the significant growth in the building sector during the past few years, demand on construction labour has not significantly decreased. Builders continue to report increases in material costs. Despite this and of course BREXIT, there are still builders who can build to a realistic budget. Starting a project now with continuing low borrowing costs will help you make a saving and profit in the years ahead, as has been the case with our clients during 2018. At the moment our workloads have decreased slightly from what has been an exceptional past year. We continue to receive work through regular recommendations from clients as well as those who have discovered our service through the usual channels. (Updated April 2019). At the moment we are experiencing builders and consultants becoming booked up, so progress with projects can be potentially held up with the back log of work they already have.
